The previous phases are the foundation for the Development stage. To complete this phase successfully, Implicit Labs will need the complete set of design specifications and a clear definition of the processes, standards, and tools. In other words, our goal is to change the prototype and mock ups in the Designing & Prototyping Phase into a working system that tackles all the documented requirements.

This is the stage where we bring the project to life. In this convergence of ideas, all the stakeholders collaborate to make sure all the pieces in the previous stages match the client’s dreams. It is the stage when all the teams across Implicit Labs become more deeply involved with the client as they develop the solution and start preparing the terrain for the final testing, production, scaling and future planning stages.
